We will endeavour to process and despatch orders received before 2pm within 2 working days, this could be longer at busy periods, weekends and bank holidays.
There is a single standard carriage charge for all orders up to the weight of 30kg of :
Smaller items will be shipped using Royal Mail, larger items will be despatched using Yodel 2 day service and will require a signature.
Refunds on postage will only be made if items are found to be faulty.
UK Mainland orders over £150 despatch will be shipped Free of charge
Currently at this time we are unable to accept orders from outside of the EU.
When returning goods, please supply a copy of the dispatch note that you received with the order.
It is the duty of the customer to examine all goods immediately upon receipt and all claims shall be notified to us within 7 days.
If you have purchased something from ISE and it is either faulty or not up to your standards your have 14 days from date of receipt to return it to us for a full refund.
Items must be returned in the same condition that they were recieved.
Embroidered or printed garments cannot be returned.

When returning goods please pack securely along with original despatch note (if possible) and write the returns reference clearly on the outside of the packaging.
IMPORTANT: We cannot refund items returned without correct returns reference or original despatch note.
Returns sent by post are at your own cost. Make sure you obtain a free stamped Proof of Postage from the Post Office as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit or damaged on their way back to us.
Your refund will be processed within 14 working days. We will refund the cost of the item, but not the postage unless the item was found to be faulty. This does not affect your normal legal rights.
