Google Analytics

When someone visits isenterprises.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site, which products are looked at most frequently, the location of our visitors, the exit pages, how well our mailout campaigns perform and to view various other analytical statistics. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Brochure Requests

A service we provide is a free brochure to anyone who applies for one. This means we require information such as your name, and postal address, and some details about the reasons you want the brochure.

Contact Form

Our website allows you to contact us via our contact page. This form collects your email address which allows us to respond to any enquies you send. ISE does not pass your information on to any other companies and will not use your information for any other way.

Mailing List

As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to keep you updated with new products, sales & offers; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. Creating an Account

When you place an order on our website, you are required to create an account and provide us with necessary information for us to process your order such as: your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, company name and contact number. You will also be required to create a password. We will only use your information in order to send you your order and to pass on your information to our payment gateways (PayPal & Secure Server Hosting). We never share this information with any one else. You are able to log into your account at any time to amend this information.

Payment

We never store any of your payment details on our website. We pass your payment information to our payment gateway suppliers who then process the payments on our behalf. All payment gateways that we use fully conform to the GDPR principles and you can find their own privacy policies on their respective websites.
